With a career spanning decades Kim started as an A&P with a small regional airline progressing through various management positions with 121 airlines and 145 repair stations.  His management experience includes Maintenance base manager, Manager of technical training, Maintenance program manager, Director of Maintenance, Director of Safety and Chief Inspector with 121 airlines and Chief Inspector, General Manager for 145 repair stations.   Managing the technical and regulatory requirements of acquiring, maintaining, repositioning, and redelivery of aircraft for operators and asset managers.
